Training Feel is an application designed to assist coaches and athletes in monitoring training load through subjective assessments. The process begins with athletes completing a wellness questionnaire before each training session, allowing for a baseline evaluation of their current state. After the session, athletes provide a subjective effort rating based on a standardized scale, facilitating a comparison of perceived exertion during training. Leveraging this data alongside session duration, Training Feel calculates the A-C Ratio using the session-RPE method, delivering insights into athlete performance and recovery.
